1. Definitions

• Geographic Requirement: You must be a resident of Indonesia and physically located within Indonesian territory when accessing dbtoto services. Use of VPNs, proxies, or other methods to disguise your location is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• Legal Capacity: You must possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. You must not be legally prohibited from gambling due to court orders, self-exclusion programs, or other legal restrictions.
• Single Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to maintain only one account with dbtoto. Creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly forbidden and will result in closure of all accounts and confiscation of funds and winnings.
• No Prohibited Persons: You must not be an employee, contractor, affiliate, or relative of any dbtoto employee. You must not be acting on behalf of any third party or gambling syndicate.

dbtoto reserves the right to request documentation verifying your identity, age, address, and payment method ownership at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 days will result in account suspension until verification is completed.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information is grounds for immediate account termination.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. You agree to notify dbtoto immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. dbtoto will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account if such use occurred due to your failure to maintain credential security.

We strongly recommend using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. You should log out of your account after each session, especially when accessing dbtoto from shared or public devices.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of our regulatory compliance and fraud prevention measures, dbtoto requires all users to complete identity verification (KYC). You will be asked to provide copies of government-issued identification documents (Indonesian ID card or passport), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership. All documents must be clear, legible, and valid. Verification typically takes 24-48 hours but may take longer during peak periods. You will not be able to withdraw funds until your account is fully verified.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

dbtoto accepts deposits via multiple payment methods including Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment methods may have their own restrictions. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

You warrant that all funds deposited into your dbtoto account are legally obtained and belong to you. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Payment methods must be registered in your own name and match the name on your dbtoto account. We reserve the right to reject deposits and request additional verification if we suspect money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activities.

Most deposits are credited instantly, though bank transfer processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. If your deposit does not appear within 60 minutes, please contact customer support with your transaction reference number.

5.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and fulfillment of any applicable wagering requirements. Withdrawals are processed using the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless that method is unavailable for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000.

Most withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes during business hours (09:00-21:00 WIB, Monday through Sunday), though processing times may extend up to 24 hours during weekends, public holidays, or periods of high volume. Withdrawals exceeding Rp 50,000,000 may require additional verification and processing time.

dbtoto reserves the right to conduct security checks before processing withdrawals. We may request additional documentation or information to verify the legitimacy of transactions. You agree that dbtoto may hold withdrawals for up to 72 hours if fraud, money laundering, or policy violations are suspected.

5.3 Fees

dbtoto does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your financial institution or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any such third-party fees.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

dbtoto offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, loyalty rewards, and special event promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are detailed on the relevant promotional pages and must be read carefully before claiming.

Key general bonus terms include:

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses require you to wager the bonus amount a specified number of times (typically 20x to 40x) before funds can be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type (slots typically contribute 100%, table games 10-20%, sports betting 50%).
• Time Limits: Bonuses typically expire 14-30 days after being credited unless otherwise stated. Unused bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited after expiration.
• Maximum Bet Limits: While bonus funds are active, maximum bet limits apply (typically Rp 25,000 per spin/round). Exceeding these limits may result in bonus forfeiture.
• One Bonus Per Household: Only one bonus may be active per account, IP address, household, or payment method at any time. Bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, will result in account closure and confiscation of all funds.

7. Gameplay Rules and Conduct

7.1 General Conduct

You agree to use dbtoto services in a fair and responsible manner. Prohibited behaviors include but are not limited to:

• Cheating, hacking, or using automated software (bots) to manipulate gameplay or outcomes
• Collusion with other players or third parties to gain unfair advantage
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities
• Using offensive, abusive, or threatening language toward other players or staff
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activities
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from our software

7.2 Betting Rules

All bets placed on dbtoto are final and cannot be cancelled or modified once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bets before confirming them. We reserve the right to void bets placed in error (including obvious pricing mistakes or technical glitches) and refund stakes.

For sports betting, bets are settled according to official results as determined by the relevant sports governing bodies. Settlements are typically completed within 24 hours of event conclusion. If an event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned, bets will be void unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected involvement in money laundering, fraud, or illegal activities

• Prolonged inactivity (accounts inactive for 12+ months may be suspended)

Upon account termination, any remaining genuine account balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of all pending verifications and wagering requirements. dbtoto reserves the right to deduct any outstanding fees, charges, or amounts owed before returning funds.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure is permanent and cannot be reversed. Upon closure, any active bonuses will be forfeited, and your account balance will be returned following standard withdrawal procedures.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of dbtoto services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.

Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any disputes through good faith negotiations with dbtoto customer support. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with Indonesian arbitration laws.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
